Imagine each breath as a gentle melody, guiding the graceful dance of every cell in your body.
Through yoga, we synchronize movement and breath, creating a symphony of inner peace and harmony. It's a magnificent journey of self-discovery and connection, where every stretch and every pose becomes
a dance with the music of your breath, leading us to a state of serene tranquility.
We can focus on the whole body, on connective tissues, on concentration, on flexibility, on emotional balance, on stress, on reduced mobility or in support of side effects, felt during certain very invasive treatments.
The word "yoga" is thought to come from the word "jug" in Sanskrit, the classical language of India, which means "to unite, connect, tell."
Hatha Yoga,
at the base of the body and mind
Yang movement, active, seated postures, beginning and on the floor, guided breathing, accessible to all.
A combination of movements,
with synchronized breathing,
the concentration and the
full awareness of the body.
Guided meditations, visualizations and hand mudras complement this beautiful, age-old practice.
"Yoga is not about touching your toes, but about learning what you learn along the way."

Yin Yoga
the new yoga of connective tissues
Yin movement, passive, floor postures held for longer periods, guided breathing, accessible to all.
Yin yoga incorporates the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (meridians), focusing on complete bodily relaxation, surrendering to the force of gravity, and deep relaxation of the connective tissues. Floor postures are more static and held for longer periods, resembling meditation. Taoist meditations and visualizations complement this practice.
"Yinyoga is a practice of balance between effort and ease, strength and flexibility, yin and yang. It teaches us to find harmony in opposites."
