Imagine each breath as a gentle melody, guiding the graceful dance of every cell in your body.
Through yoga, we synchronize movement and breathing, creating a symphony of inner peace and harmony. It is a magnificent journey of self-discovery and connection, where every stretch and pose becomes
a dance with the music of your breath, leading us to a state of serene tranquility.
We can focus on the whole body, connective tissues, concentration, flexibility, emotional balance, stress, reduced mobility or in support of side effects experienced during certain very invasive treatments.
The word "yoga" is said to come from the word "jug" in Sanskrit, the classical language of India, which means "to unite, to connect, to relate."
Hatha Yoga
at the base of the body and mind
Yang movement, active, seated postures, beginning and on the ground, guided breathing, accessible to all.
A combination of movements,
with the synchronization of breathing,
concentration and
full body awareness.
Guided meditations, visualizations and hand mudras complete this beautiful, age-old practice.
"Yoga is not about touching your toes, but about learning what you learn on the journey."

Yin Yoga,
the new connective tissue yoga
Yin movement, passive, floor postures held longer, guided breathing, accessible to all.
Yin incorporates the principles of Chinese medicine (meridians), focusing on the complete relaxation of the body, on surrendering to the force of gravity and the deep relaxation of connective tissues. The postures on the ground are more static and are held for longer periods, like meditation. Taoist meditations and visualizations complement this practice.
"Yinyoga is a practice of balancing effort and ease, strength and flexibility, yin and yang. It teaches us to find harmony in opposites."
