Pauline and I would like to offer you two activities together, closely linked to holistic well-being and vital "Chi" energy, at the start of this new summer season, combining an energetic hair treatment and a spring Yinyoga session:
- a detoxification of the body and mind, according to the WOOD element and the stimulation of the Liver and Gallbladder meridians, the symbols of purification and renewal...
- a moment just for you or together with your friends
- Mondays and Tuesdays by appointment
- full moon days and evenings by appointment
2.5 hour sessions
Combined price of the haircut and the Yin session Fr. 160.-
(1h30 cup at Fr.- 120.- / Yin 1h at Fr. 40.- )

Come join me for outdoor YinYang yoga sessions
in the magnificent gardens of the castle, some Saturdays from June to September at 10:15 a.m.:

The activity is free for participants, but they must pay the entrance fee to the gardens, which is CHF 17 for adults (CHF 15 if booked online). They can therefore enjoy the gardens after their yoga session. New paragraph
